• Among its benefits are the control of weight and improvement of the relationship with food, choosing healthier foods at the time of purchase and ingestion, in addition to learning to devote adequate time and space to eating in a balanced manner and without remorse.
In its campaign to disseminate healthy food, VI.P (Association of Horticultural Cooperatives of Val Venosta) has created an event called ‘Feeding Conscious: Wake up your senses’ led by the communicator and nutritionist Elisa Escorihuela, which included a session of Mindful Eating offered by the psychologist Ksenia Ryzhkova, who has been based on the apple for its nutritional properties, as well as the ability of its flavours, aromas and textures to awaken the senses.
