In September, the 2nd edition of Cool Logistics Asia will revisit perishable trade and cold chain developments in China and assess how the slowing down of one of the world’s leading food markets is affecting perishable trade patterns across the region.

Conveniently co-located with the Asia Fruit Logistica 2016 Exhibition, the 2nd edition of Cool Logistics Asia will revisit perishable trade and cold chain developments in China and assess how the slowing down of one of the world’s leading food markets is affecting perishable trade patterns across the region.

How Southeast Asian markets will react and how external factors will affect demand for fruit and vegetable handling, transport and logistics services are among issues to be addressed at the event, being held in Hong Kong on September 7.

Investment prospects for Asia’s temperature-controlled transport and distribution, port infrastructure access and how to improve liner shipping reliability across the region will also be among key topics.

Cool Logistics Asia is designed as a regional event to complement Cool Logistics Global in Europe and other regional events such as Cool Logistics Africa and Cool Logistics Americas. The Cool Logistics Conferences have become an internationally recognised platform for connecting perishable logistics and cold chain experts with producers and shippers of commodities that require temperature control.
