On October 14, work began on the new Zummo headquarters, located in the SUZI-1 industrial estate, in La Eliana, where the company acquired a plot of almost 18,000 m2 to move its offices, factory and warehouse. This ambitious project has been allocated a budget of €9 million and will take 12 months to complete, with the opening date scheduled for November 2020. Rafael Olmos, CEO of Zummo, said,
“It is a large and very necessary project for Zummo because it will meet the real needs of the company by providing it with the best resources.”
With this new headquarters, Zummo will increase its production capacity, a clear reflection of the company’s development in recent years. In less than a year, Zummo will have modern facilities equipped with the latest technology and located in an area of easy communication.
With this project, the company will almost double the area of its headquarters, which will be a smart building with a total constructed area of 10,920 m2, of which 2,910 m2 will be for offices distributed over three floors, with 8,010 m2 for a warehouse and factory. The latter will include up to eight production lines, more than double the number lines currently available.
