TopControl presents IPS small, the packaging line optimised for berries and mushrooms. Thanks to modern technology, the new smart packaging line consists of increasingly intelligent and proactive machines that can be automatically controlled by means of clever in-house software and adjusted to suit your product quickly and in a time-saving manner. In addition, this line does not require much space in your packing room.
YOUR PACKAGING PROCESS:
Products such as berries or mushrooms are already harvested in the field or tunnel in trays. They are then checked for weight on the packing line, packed, labelled and then shipped.
In order to optimise weight and quality checks, TopControl has developed a time-saving solution with the IPS small. Each pack is transferred to the line at the infeed station, followed by a checkweigher that controls the weight of the incoming packs. Packs that are already correctly weighed simply pass through the next station, while those that are underweight or overweight are transported to the second level so that they can be corrected by the staff on the intuitive scales with LED display.
ERGONOMICS AND SAVINGS
The weighing tables, designed for optimal operator ergonomics, together with the new lighting system, allow excellent control of the raw material. In this way, quality and weight control are carried out in one step. Fast and intuitive. Your staff can produce up to 20 packs per minute. This is an enormous time saving compared to conventional lines.
In addition, you save on wasted goods. The precision of the scales in combination with the quick-to-read LED display built into the table allows your staff to be fast and accurate.
PACKAGING, WEIGHT CONTROL AND LABELLING
In the next step, the packs are sealed, then checked for their initial weight and finally labelled with our precise and fast labeller.
