To assist its management and to ensure transparency in its processes, Thx! has enlisted a top notch team of food industry business, marketing and ethics experts.
The Advisory and Transparency Board is composed of the following individuals:

All products are marketed under the Thx! social impact brand that promotes farm workers’ dignity by helping them achieve a dream. Thx! Defines “Dreams” as something that is beyond the financial reach of a farm worker and that, if achieved, would make a significant impact in the quality of life of the farm worker, his/her family or the immediate community.
To fund the Dreams, Thx!, features the picture of actual farm workers on the labels of their products. The label also has a QR code that lets shoppers connect to a video where that farm worker talks about her/his story and about the dream. The brand is called Thx! because the farmworker is thanking the shopper for the purchase which brings his/her dream closer to achievement.
Thx! Sets aside approximately 20% of its profits to make those Dreams come true.
