Many clients opts for brushed, not washed, potatoes.

French potato grower and packager Pomliberty, founded in 2015, unites over 20 farmers from Picardie, Champagne and other French regions, with a total field area of 1,000 ha. “We supply our potatoes to wholesalers and supermarkets across France and we have a store at the Rungis market in Paris. We also export our potatoes,” said Sandrine Tual, marketing and communication manager.

Pomliberty constantly strives to produce varieties with the greatest flavour and to add value to its potatoes. The firm also offers different forms of pre-packaging, with many clients opting for brushed (not washed) potatoes. As part of the Demain la Terre organisation (a non-profit group of fresh or processed fruit and vegetable producers, gathered around a common sustainable development project), the company adheres to the strictest principles in respect of nature and growers.
