The stand of the Attica Region will host nine exhibitors – companies in the Food and Beverage sector, promoting, among others, products such as honey, nuts, rusks, etc. During the Exhibition, the Attica Region has planned special gastronomic events in order to promote and enhance the rich gastronomy of Attica, as well as the promotion of Attic quality products and raw materials. The live cooking shows will last one hour and the visitors of the exhibition will have the opportunity to taste all of the recipes!
In the framework of the cooperation agreement between the Attica Region and the Attica – Acropolis Chefs ‘Club, these live cooking shows will be presented by the distinguished executive chef Giannis Bratsolias, a member of the Attica Acropolis Chefs’ Club.
ALIMENTARIA is addressed to all entrepreneurs and executives of Organized Retail, Wholesale, Food and Beverage Industry, and Catering, while this year it will host more than 1,000 exhibitors from 70 different countries and 45,000 visitors from 156 countries!
