Maf Roda reaps success of global automated solutions

Automation is one of the major and growing pillars of Maf Roda group, which has achieved global success, from the filling of bulk boxes to individual punnets. After the development of the Fast Pack solution for apples, a new robotised version of Fast Pack has been introduced for stone fruit, presented at the Fruit Attraction expo. “The automation of box filling is a great advance for the fruit sector,” said Christophe Blanc, CEO of Maf Roda Iberica, at the Madrid show. A fully automated fruit pack-house is now a reality with the use of AGVs (autonomous vehicles) for the robotised filling of boxes and pallets, whose application was pioneered by Maf Group in the fruit sector.

Globalscan 7: a major advance in sorting solutions

The new software version of Globalscan is another major advance of the world leader in sorting solutions, which will also be presented at Fruit Logistica 2023. The new Globalscan 7 software brings major advances in terms of flexibility, giving the operator the ability to make quicker and more intuitive adjustments. “Globalscan 7 brings great gains in terms of autonomy and productivity,” said Blanc.
