Leading global fruit and vegetable trade fair, FRUIT LOGISTICA, will participate in the Innowa Forum with a presentation that highlights the importance of promotion at international fairs.

Constantly engaged in innovation, FRUIT LOGISTICA’s director of communication for Spain and Latin America, Silvia de Juanes, places great emphasis on international promotion through participation in fairs around the world. In her presentation, de Juanes will speak about the present and future of Fruit Logistica. Moreover, she will focus on the most relevant issues that exhibitors and visitors must address in the preparation for any event, setting ambitious but realistic objectives, the work to be done once the mode of participation has been identified, and the importance of closing relationships with the contacts discussed in the event. The objective is to show the audience the commercial effectiveness that companies obtain as a result of their presence in this type of calls.

The presentation is part of the lecture series entitled “Promotion of exports”, which will take place on Thursday, April 4, starting at 4.30 p.m. The subject is of special interest for professionals in the agricultural sector in Spain and, especially, in the Region of Murcia.

 “Our approach to Fame Innowa is another demonstration of the importance of the Spanish market for FRUIT LOGISTICA. The presence of Spanish exhibitors reached 400 at the last edition, with the delegation from the Region of Murcia being one of the most numerous. This data combined with the central theme related to technology applied to the agricultural sector, make Fame Innowa a key event,” said de Juanes.

This year’s exhibition will have an area of 27,000 square metres and more than 1,000 brands belonging to almost all the subsectors of production. It has established itself as a national and international benchmark after three editions, thanks experiences of its predecessors of three decades, the Mediterranean Green Week, later becoming the Agricultural Fair of the Mediterranean (FAME), until it was given its current name in 2015.
