As of June 2019, Benlai.com has 3,000 employees providing more than 15,000 products for their 36 million premium members through nearly 200 suppliers worldwide. The average annual sales growth for the past 3 years has increased by more than 300% across China. The delivery for fresh products allows to reach 109 cities across the country by cold chain solution, and 300 cities by regular delivery. At present, there are nearly 700 offline stores with entering Shanghai market in January 2019.
